WHY DO WE PLEDGE ALLIGENCE?

I, K. KIRTON NINER, PLEDGE ALLIGENCE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND
TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH THE FLAG STANDS, OF THIS GREAT NATION
UNDER THE BLANKET OF GOD'S STARS, UNDIVIDED THROUGH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE
FOR ALL WHO PLEDGE LOYALTY TO WHY WE ARE THE PEOPLE. IN GOD WE TRUST.

WHAT IS THE PREAMBLE?

THE PREAMBLE IS THE FIRST PART OF THE REPUBLICS CONSTITUTION THAT STATES, "WE THE PEOPLE..." FOLLOWED BY
SEVEN ARTICLES, INCLUDING NOW 25+ AMMENDMENTS.

HERE IS WHAT I DO KNOW.

THE YEAR OF 1789, WE the PEOPLE of the United States,
in ORDER to form a more PERFECT UNION,
establish JUSTICE,
insure DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY,
provide for the COMMON DEFENCE,
promote the GENERAL WELFARE,
and secure blessings of LIBERTY to ourselves and our POSTERITY,
do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION for the United States of America.

ARTICLE I

SECTION 1.

ALL LEGISLATIVE POWERS HEREIN GRANTED SHALL BE VESTED IN
A CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES, WHICH SHALL CONSIST OF
A SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES.

SECTION 2.

THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SHALL BE COMPOSED OF MEMBERS CHOSEN
EVERY SECOND YEAR BY THE PEOPLE OF THE SEVERAL STATES, AND THE
ELECTORS IN EACH STATE SHALL HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITE FOR
ELECTORS OF THE MOST NUMEROUS BRANCH OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE.
NO PERSONS SHALL... ...HUMAN LAWS ARE STILL AMENDING.

IN THE YEAR 1847, WE the SAINTS of the United States OF
THE AMERICAS, in ORDER to EXPAND an even more PERFECT UNION, establishing more
JUSTICE across the land, insuring DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY, providing for the COMMON DEFENCE,
promoting the GENERAL WELFARE, and CONTINUING to SECURE LIBERTY for all humans and their POSTERITY, to
ORDAIN the ESTABLISHED CONSTITUTION of the WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, NORTH AND SOUTH.

ARTICLE I

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in GOD, the ETERNAL FATHER,
and in HIS SON, Jesus Christ, and in the HOLY GHOST.

ARTICLE II

WE the SAINTS of the United States of THE AMERICAS, believe that ONE will be punished for their own sins
and NOT for Adam's transgression.

ARTICLE III

WE the SAINTS of the United States of THE AMERICAS, believe that through the ATONEMENT OF CHRIST, ALL MANKIND may be
saved, by OBEDIENCE to the LAWS and ORDINANCES of the GOSPEL.

ARTICLE IIII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe that the FIRST PRINCIPLES and
ORDINANCES of THE GOSPEL are: 1ST, FAITH in the Lord,
Jesus Christ; 2ND, REPENTANCE; 3RD BAPTISM BY
IMMERSION for the REMISSION of sins; 4TH, LAYING
ON OF HANDS FOR THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.

ARTICLE V

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe that a ONE must be
called of GOD, by prophecy, and by the laying
on of hands by those who are in AUTHORITY, to PREACH
the Gospel and Administer in the ORDINANCES THEREOF.

ARTICLE VI

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in the same organization
that existed in the primitive Church, NAMELY,
Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, and so forth.

ARTICLE VII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation,
visions, healing, interpretation of tongues and so forth.

ARTICLE VIII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe the BIBLE to be the WORKS of GOD
as far as it is TRANSLATED CORRECTLY; WE ALSO BELIEVE THE BOOK OF MORMON
to be the WORKS of GOD, also.

ARTICLE VIIII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe ALL that GOD has revealed, all the GOD
does now reveal, and we believe that GOD WILL YET REVEAL many
great and important things pertaining to the KINGDOM of GOD.

ARTICLE X

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the
restoration of the 10 TRIBES; that ZION (the new Jerusalem) will be
built upon the AMERICAN CONTINENT; that THE CHRIST will reign personally
upon the Earth; and , that the EARTH will be RENEWED and RECIEVE ITS
PARADISIACAL GLORY.

ARTICLE XI

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, WE CLAIM THE PRIVILEGE OF WORSHIPING ALMIGHTY GOD ACCORDING TO THE DICTATES OF
OUR OWN CONSCIENCE, AND ALLOW ALL THE SAME PRIVILEGE, LET THEM WORSHIP HOW,
WHERE, OR WHAT THEY MAY.

ARTICLE XII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in being subject to KINGS, PRESIDENTS, RULERS, AND MAGISTRATES, in OBEYING,
HONORING, AND SUSTAING THE LAWS OF THE CONSTIUTION OF THE PEOPLE.

ARTICLE XIII

WE the SAINTS of the United States of
THE AMERICAS, believe in being HONEST, TRUE, CHASTE, BENEVOLENT, VIRTUOUS, and in doing
good to all; indeed, we may say that we follow the ADMONITION of Paul--WE believe ALL THINGS, we HOPE
ALL THINGS, we have ENDURED MANY THINGS, and hope to be able to endure ALL THINGS. If there is anything
VIRTUOUS, LOVELY, or of GOOD REPORT or PRAISEWORTHY, WE SEEK AFTER THESE THINGS.

MAY 1st, 1900, MAY DAY DANCE CANCELED. NOW 120 years OF A LATTER-DAY following the SCOFIELD MINE DISASTER - the day John Kirton
and many other GREAT SAINTS walked on to the stage of the Universe to eternally walk beside THE CHRIST, HE WHO DIED FOR US.
