To Whom It May Concern

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding past and ongoing issues involving another student that continue to have an impact. I believe these matters require attention to ensure the safety and well-being of all students involved. During 5th and 6th grade at Black Mountain Elementary School, my child was introduced to an extremely inappropriate term related to sexual content by another student. This raises serious concerns about the conversations and influences within the school environment. Now, as interactions with this student continue into middle school, I remain deeply concerned about the lasting impact. Additionally, this same student has repeatedly shared my family’s phone number in group chats that include individuals unknown to us. Despite multiple requests to the child’s parent to stop this behavior, it continues. This is a violation of privacy and creates an unsafe situation by exposing personal contact information to unknown individuals without consent. I want to bring this to your attention because these issues have carried over from elementary school and continue to be a concern. I would appreciate guidance on how best to address this matter within the school setting and what steps can be taken to ensure all students feel safe and protected. Please let me know a convenient time to discuss this further. I appreciate your time and attention to this serious concern and look forward to working together to find a resolution.

Sincerely,

K. Kirton Niner, Shimmer

Rude! In what way have I been RUDE?
