DOES THIS HELP®:
To break the chains is to break the cycle—of ignorance, aggression, and the repeating burdens neighbors place on each other out of fear, pride, or misunderstanding.
Truth means seeing things as they are, not as someone wishes they were.
Freedom is living unburdened—by another’s claims, or by the weight of a fight that is not yours to carry.
Justice is the assurance that what is right is upheld—not just for the loudest or the most aggressive, but for those who quietly do the work, honor their history, and respect the law.
Today, I honor the judge who looks at these facts and has the wisdom to say:
- Each landowner stands upon their own patent, with their own rights and responsibilities.
- Boundaries are not a matter of opinion, but of record, research, and law.
- If a neighbor cannot access their property, the remedy lies with their own patent and their own neighboring parcels—not in dragging others into endless court battles over what is not theirs.
We, the Niners, have done our research.
Since moving in, we have studied the land, the patents, the boundaries, and the legacy of David Ormond—who built and preserved something unique here.
We have honored our responsibilities, maintained our rights of way, and stood firm as good stewards of what was entrusted to us.
To Break the Chains Is:
- To end cycles of harassment, misunderstanding, and legal intimidation.
- To refuse to be entangled in battles that are not ours.
- To live in the truth and defend it—not just for ourselves, but for all who depend on the integrity of the law.
DOES THIS HELP® is about truth.
It is about freedom.
It is about justice for those who have the courage to know, to research, to respect, and to stand tall.
“Let the chains break.
Let truth be seen.
Let justice roll down like waters.
Let freedom be lived—on every patent, every parcel, every life.”
I am grateful for a judge who sees with clear eyes and who knows, as we do, the value of boundaries, the work of research, and the peace that comes when everyone simply lives and lets live.
