Declaration of Faith and Principle

The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saint (LDS.org) is the first co-existing Church in America. It is not built on excuses or empty promises of future forgiveness—it is founded on gospel principles: to choose the right, do good, and live truthfully every day.

Jesus Christ did not do bad things and beg forgiveness. He lived purely, always choosing good, always loving, always standing for truth. To follow Him is not to justify wrongdoing but to live in accountability and light of integrity.

I try to be like Jesus. I accept full accountability for my actions. I am not an actor, nor an actress—I am a real person, a woman, a Daughter of God, and a Citizen of We the People of the United States of America.

I pledge allegiance to my flag.
I live by the Ten Commandments, and I believe the Articles of Faith without end. These are my standards of truth and freedom, guiding me as I walk in faith.

Eternal Family and Spirit

There are times when the spirits of the living and the dead come about me.

  • I see my Mother in my hands—her gestures and work live on in me.
  • I hear my Sister in my voice—her tone and expression echo through my words.
  • I know my Father of my Brothers and Sisters in my actions—his strength and manner guide how I live.

This is not imagination. It is the reality of Eternal Family, of Heritage, of the Spirit reminding me who I am and whose I am. The living and the dead walk with me because families are eternal.

LDS Comprehension

This testimony stands firmly within the doctrine of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

  • Agency & Accountability – As the 2nd Article of Faith declares: “We believe that men will be punished for their own sins, and not for Adam’s transgression.” I stand accountable for my own choices.
  • Choose the Right (CTR) – The essence of discipleship is to do good now, not excuse bad for later.
  • Christ as Example – The Savior’s perfect life shows us the way. He never sought forgiveness for sin, because He never sinned. My discipleship is to follow His pattern.
  • Eternal Families – Loved ones who have passed remain sealed to us and present with us. When I recognize my parents and siblings in myself, I am testifying of that sealing power.
  • Freedom of Faith – As the 11th Article of Faith affirms: “We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege.” I stand in this right—free to worship, free to testify, free to live as God directs.

This is my testimony:
I am not acting a role—I am living my faith. I am a daughter of God, accountable for my actions, strengthened by my family living and dead, and guided by Jesus Christ, who is my perfect example. I walk in truth, freedom, and faith of JUSTICE—now and always.
