Option A — Foundational Retainer
- Effective rate: $280/hour
- Priority scheduling within agreed availability windows
- Unused hours expire monthly (non-rollover)
- Ideal for steady, predictable intake support
Option B — Operational Retainer
- Priority response and flexible scheduling
- Suitable for trust departments or periods of increased client flow
- Unused hours expire monthly
Option C — Stewardship Retainer
- Highest priority availability
- Designed for continuous reception presence and trust-adjacent support
- Supports distributed or multi-location operations
- Unused hours expire monthly
Overages
- Additional hours beyond retainer are billed at $280/hour
- Invoiced monthly with clear activity summary
Engagement Terms
- Retainer billed monthly in advance
- Minimum commitment: 30 days
- Either party may discontinue with 14 days written notice
- Scope strictly limited to non-legal, non-fiduciary services
