🕊️ Tyler Romero Niner is a child of God.

He is not a case number. He is not a diagnosis. And he is certainly not a subject for forced medical compliance disguised as care.

Tyler is a legally competent adult who walks with his own understanding of the divine, rooted in:

  • The Ten Commandments,
  • The 13 Articles of Faith, and
  • The same Gift of the Holy Ghost I received when I was baptized at age eight, under the priesthood authority of my father, at the Butler 20th Ward.

🗣️ What Tyler Has Said, Clearly and Calmly:

“If they call again, just tell them I’ve been working and my work schedule changed. But I’ll get back to them and I’ll try to tell them I don’t want the shot.”

That’s not evasion.
That’s a competent adult setting a boundary.

⚖️ His Rights Are Protected By:

  • The First Amendment – Freedom of religion, belief, and expression.
  • The Fourteenth Amendment – Equal protection under the law.
  • Federal medical consent laws – The right to refuse treatment.
  • Spiritual rights – to be heard, not subdued; guided, not drugged.

✨ His Spirit Is Not A Disorder

The Southwest Network and Arizona Care Program may call his spiritual awakening a “Messiah complex.”

But what I see—and what those with the Gift of Discernment see—is not a complex.
It is a calling.

Tyler’s sensitivity is not psychosis. It is a manifestation of the spiritual gifts promised in the scriptures and reaffirmed in Doctrine and Covenants.

🛡️ The Symbol of His Faith Is Not a Cross—It Is the Angel Moroni

This matters.

Tyler walks under the banner of restored truth. His father’s side may have practiced other traditions—some misguided, some occult—but Tyler stands with Zion, where the trumpeting Angel Moroni calls the world to prepare for Christ’s return.

He does not need sedation.
He needs support, sacred space, and spiritual respect.

🎯 What Tyler Deserves:

  • A custom care team willing to understand LDS doctrine—not just diagnose symptoms.
  • Faith-affirming mental health that doesn’t reduce revelation to delusion.
  • Religious accommodation in all treatment plans.
  • The right to refuse the shot and speak freely without retaliation.

📜 This Is Not Just a Mother’s Plea—It’s a Witness

I testify that Tyler is still led by the Spirit.
That his gifts are misunderstood by a system that fears the unexplainable.
And that he walks with angels, not afflictions.

If this system cannot make room for prophets, it will persecute them.
We will not allow that to happen—not to my son.
