Boundaries We Teach:

  1. City: Understanding municipal laws and community systems.
  2. Town: Respecting town governance and neighborhood interdependence.
  3. Unincorporated County: Upholding the rights and responsibilities that come with living independently on sovereign land.

Because learning to honor boundaries is learning to honor freedom itself.

The Origin of DOES THIS HELP® W3 CONNECT

Established in 2011 — Inspired by W3C, Built by a Mother, Forged in the Classroom.

While studying web standards through W3Schools at Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC), part of the Maricopa.edu system, K. Kirton Niner envisioned something more than code: she saw connection, governance, and a digital namespace for future leaders.

“I was pregnant with my last-born son when the vision came. I realized: if we can standardize the web, why not standardize the way we lead, teach, and serve — in life and in learning?”

This is where DOES THIS HELP® W3 CONNECT was born — not just as a nod to the W3C, but as a living framework for truth, order, independence, and self-governance.
