🦅 I Fly Like an Eagle

I fly like an eagle.
I don’t just rise above —
I own the sky I was born into.

I don’t flap in panic —
I stretch wide and let the wind carry my knowing.

I more than soar.
I watch, I wait, I strike with purpose.
I rise on truth, and I descend only to lift others.

My Mothers taught me healing.
My body teaches me listening.
My spirit teaches me where to land.

I have flown among turkeys —
But I am no turkey.
I am not grounded by the noise of those who don’t understand me.

I am an eagle.
I was born to remember heaven,
And return home — again and again.
