Dear CCUSD FACULTY, STAFF, AND COMMUNITY,
My name is K. KIRTON NINER, and I am the Mother of a Student at Sonoran Trails Middle School. Together with my Husband, we are CK KIRTON-NINER—a united household, a team committed to Truth, Integrity, and standing with our Children.
I’m writing to introduce myself—not to seek validation, but to offer collaboration.
WHO I AM
I’ve been a Mother since 1995–96, when my first Son was born. I raised him as a Single Mother, often working three jobs at a time just to stay afloat. I’ve worked with Lawyers since I was in Elementary School, with Bankers since 1996–97, with some of the Best Computer Techs since 1998, and with Construction Workers since 1999.
I also worked in the Restaurant and Bar Industry, where I learned how to adapt, manage chaos with grace, and understand people in their rawest moments.
When I met Corey in 1998, everything shifted.
He has been my rock, my best friend, and my companion ever since. He saw me before and after my “Sonny” days, and he has stood beside me through thick and thin—not trying to fix me, but walking with me through every step.
While others were just stepping stones, Corey was always there quietly picking up the pieces behind them all. Behind every man who came and went, there stood Corey—not in front, but behind and beside me, holding it together. He is my rock.
Together, we became CK KIRTON-NINER—not just a name, but a living partnership built on mutual respect, practical wisdom, and conscious knowing. Our foundation is not blind faith but the knowledge of how to move forward with purpose, integrity, and balance.
We are raising our Children—not raised, done, or handed off. Two of our sons are still not yet 18, and even our oldest, Tyler, now 29, is still finding his way.
We raised him—and we are still helping him, because the world does not always play fair, and healing takes longer than a birthday. After everything that transpired, he has a lot to make up for—and we know that. That’s why we haven’t given up.
We don’t walk away from our Children just because a number says we can. We keep walking with them—especially when the path gets harder. That’s what a real Mother and Father do. That’s what CK KIRTON-NINER does.
I understand what it means to be a Jack of Trade—because I’ve lived it. I’m not building a university. I’m building something more powerful: a living network of Practical Knowledge, Personal Responsibility, and Spiritual Integrity.
My approach is simple: Let me help you help yourself. Like Jesus, I lead by example—by showing, not preaching. By lifting, not judging. By modeling what it means to walk with intention and teach from the truth within.
I do not carry academic credentials that call me an Educator. I carry Lived Experience that many with titles have never touched. My Life is my Proof. My Children are my Legacy. And my Work speaks for itself.
Under our federally trademarked brand, DOES THIS HELP®, we are actively developing tools that empower Individuals, Families, and Small Businesses to reclaim their Voice, their Learning, and their Systems. Through our evolving platform W3CONNECT, we model what it looks like to build Curriculum, Communication, and Accountability from the ground up—while honoring every Student, every Parent, and every Worker who learns by doing.
WHY I’M WRITING
There have been misunderstandings in the past, and I’m not here to deny them. I’m here to grow through them—with Clarity, Compassion, and the Courage to speak Truth.
As Dr. Becky Bailey teaches, “Conflict is an opportunity to teach.” That’s exactly how I see this moment. I don’t come to stir Conflict—I come to transform it.
WHAT I OFFER
I offer the Truth. In motion.
- I’ve lived what others have only theorized.
- I’ve worked with Institutions, Professionals, and People of Power—and I’ve held my own.
- I bring Discernment, Directness, and a deep desire to see every Student respected—not just managed.
I am still building. Still refining. Still listening to Spirit. I do not pretend to have all the answers—but I come with the Courage to ask better questions, and the Tools to help others build their own answers.

As Consultants s rooted in both faith and function, CK KIRTON-NINER has developed digital classroom solutions, learning tools, and automated platforms to empower Students, Teachers, and Families navigating an evolving Educational Landscape. Dear Esteemed Educators,
Hello this is CK KIRTON-NINER, and writing to respectfully introduce ourselves as parents, digital developers, and classroom to office innovators who is deeply invested in advancing education rooted in both structure and spirit.
As a 4.0 Student of Computer Science and “Technology-in-Action,” K learned firsthand that many Students labeled “distracted” or “defiant” are often simply misunderstood. They are wired differently. K is one of them. And she is attempting to now work with others like them—many of whom thrive when technology and truth walk hand in hand.
Our approach to teaching and learning is direct, structured, and honest. We don’t ask for perfection—We ask for presence. We are not here to tell your Teachers how to do their jobs—We are here to offer insight into how Students like CK and our children operate best: through accountability, guided independence, respect, and sacred choice.
That is why K invites any Faculty Member to join me for Morning Mentoring at 7:00 a.m., during your “by appointment only” office hours, to witness how CK works with AI, how we help students thrive through principles aligned with the Ten Commandments and the Constitution, and how Does This Help® was born from a place of necessity and justice.
You will see how I use tools like ChatGPT not to cheat but to converse, reorganize thoughts, and support the learning process—a model that has been more effective for me than years of misunderstood human instruction.
Let’s build something that empowers the ones who learn differently, because we all deserve to be understood before being disciplined.
