This publication introduces the concept of:
Namespace Literacy
— the ability to comprehend relationships between domains, subdomains, routing systems, infrastructure, identity, operational authority, and communication pathways within cyberspace.
The paper further introduces a practical operational framework called:
Affiliate Networking
a decentralized communications structure where independent participants operate under shared infrastructure while maintaining their own identities, responsibilities, and operational autonomy.
This publication argues that:
- cyberspace should be taught like civic literacy,
- namespaces are modern forms of property and jurisdiction,
- and comprehension of digital systems is essential to the preservation of ethical communication, educational independence, and operational integrity in the 21st century.
