- This 2.5-acre parcel is federal patent land, perfected and recorded.

- No incorporation, easement, or progressive ordinance attaches without our lawful consent. That is the Law, not just opinion.
- Unincorporated Standing
- We are not city.
- We are not town.
- We are not HOA.
- We are unincorporated and self-governed, protected under patent rights that predate every ordinance and bylaw drawn up after the fact.
