I believe education begins at home.
Long before a child enters a classroom, they are learning from the people around them. They learn how to communicate, how to work, how to solve problems, how to treat others, and how to contribute to their community.
Parents teach.
Grandparents teach.
Siblings teach.
Neighbors teach.
Communities teach.
Schools play an important role, but they were never intended to replace the household.
I believe that each generation has knowledge worth preserving.
The skills of our grandparents, the experiences of our parents, and the creativity of our children all have value.
When we fail to pass those gifts forward, we lose more than information—we lose identity, confidence, and opportunity.
I share what I know because I want my brothers and sisters, my children, my nieces and nephews, and future generations to understand that prosperity is possible.
