Where Every Bottle Tells a Story
Welcome! I’m Shimmer—artist, storyteller of truth, and founder of NineNation Studio. Since 2022, I’ve been transforming reclaimed wine bottles into vibrant works of art “with reason,” each piece reflecting a moment in time, a boundary crossed, or a story worth sharing.
- Commission a Custom Bottle: Choose your color palette, motif, or meaningful phrase and I’ll bring it to life.
- Browse the Collection: Explore my gallery of one-of-a-kind designs, each hand-painted with care.
- Book a Studio Visit: By appointment at ninenation.com/#16232822506—step into my creative space and watch the magic unfold.
I believe art should do more than decorate—it should connect us to our history, our neighbors, and ourselves. Swing by Mercury Wine or snap a photo at SnapShot Charms & CREATIONS, then join me in my studio space to continue the journey.
🌄 GOOD MORNING CREEKER
FRIDAY, June 27, 2025
Report by Artist Shimmer — #DoesThisHelp®
🛑 TRUCK TROUBLE ON THE PRIVATE DRIVE
On the morning of June 24th, just before 9:00 AM, a large dump truck — Unit DT100 — made a bold and poorly calculated decision. Rather than exiting the property it was delivering to through the expected and appropriate route (westbound via 63rd to Lone Mountain, like the Friday trash hauler always does), the driver decided to loop around over raised private terrain near an APS transformer.
Let me say it straight:
He turned around without the skills of a fireman
and without the respect of a neighbor.
❌ THIS AIN’T A CITY STREET
In the unincorporated CREEKERhood,
you don’t get to use someone else’s land as a solution to your poor planning.
This is not a subdivision.
This is not a city.
This is patented land,
and it’s not yours to drive on just because your wheels can roll over it.
⚡ APS Transformer in Jeopardy
The elevated terrain beside the transformer?
Not the way it was installed by APS.
It’s the result of unauthorized landscape changes that now make that public utility vulnerable to damage by careless commercial traffic.
The day that transformer shorts or becomes inaccessible?
We’ll remember this moment — and we’ll know who caused it. The owners that don’t believe the truth.
📢 CREEKER CODE:
Border to border.
Town to town.
City to city.
Owner to owner.
Our traffic is our own problem.
So is our sewer, trash, water, and utilities.
If you didn’t install it,
If you didn’t maintain it,
You don’t get to use it.
🏛️ AND FOR THE RECORD:
We are the individual mayors of our united neighborhood —
the CREEKERHOOD.
We govern by boundaries,
We live by respect,
And we speak with the proper authority when the line’s been crossed.

The Mother Creekers’ Responsibility
Visit the Site🌄 Good Morning, Creeker! Here’s another Black Mountain CREEKERhood Report for Thursday, June 27, 2025 🌵
🌤 Weather Outlook:
Expect clear skies today with a high near 98°F by mid-afternoon and a gentle desert breeze from the southwest. Hydrate and shade up if you’re out tending land or keeping an eye on the cats.
🐾 Cat Patrol Update – SNOW & SEVEN:
- Snow was spotted early this morning perched up on the railing like a lookout.
- Seven made their usual rounds near the fence line by the wildlife trail – no signs of visitors, but definitely marked their patrol area.
- They both stayed out last night. Remaining sassy and alert alert they survived death when I adopted them and they are great paw patrol.
🚛 Traffic Check – Rancho del Oro
- No signs of heavy truck movement this morning; road remains clear.
- A suspicious turn-around pattern was noted near the Fernevski Place again. If you see that semi again, document the license plate and notify as necessary.
- Reminder: private drive is not a turnaround.
📜 Property & Boundary Watch:
- All appears quiet on the north boundary line. It’s trash day. Trash cans remain on parcel that isn’t in need of pickup
- No movement or new violations from Christian’s lot overnight.
- Easement area still undisturbed—mark this as 12 days since last incident.
🪴 Garden Corner:
- Desert beans showing new buds.
- Aloe patch rebounded nicely from heatwave—suggest trimming for gel harvest.
- Lizard spotted yesterday appears to have been a harmless desert spiny, now released safely outside.
🗓️ Today’s Agenda:
- 🧠 Morning Table Talk: Reflect on what “knowing” means to you (see: “I know I know nothing at all” principle).
- 🛠️ Plugin Development: Continue Meal Planner + Recipe Book sync – fix shortcode output styling.
- 🧬 Lineage Work: Add Peter Cossart lineage branch to Rapalje plugin.
- 🎓 Curriculum: Review Week 4 of Book of Mormon Lessons – Day 4 next.
- 🍳 Kitchen Special: Skillet Apple Crisp test batch in the cast iron – add Christmassy spice note (clove + orange zest).
📢 Reminder of the Day:
“What we think about comes about, especially when we know it instead of just believing it.”
Keep standing tall, Creeker. Your land speaks, your records protect, and your legacy walks beside you.
