I didn’t just reach Level 9. I earned it—with every step, every snapshot, and every moment I stood still long enough to see.
They called me a Local Guide. But what I became was something more: a witness, a preserver, a Creeker with a camera.
At over 25 million views, my lens captured a story far greater than mine. One photo alone—taken at the Target in The Summit Shopping Center—garnered 2 million of those 25 million views. Not because of perfect framing or filters, but because I was there. Present. Still. Invictus.
But then came the breach.
In my ascent to Level 9, I was met with cyber attacks and data loss. Years of honest contributions denied access. My account—my history—was stripped. But my presence? That cannot be kept from me.
The Summit is more than a shopping center to me. It sits on the sacred ground of what was once Carefree Studios—a film hub born in 1968 by stuntman Fred Graham. This desert once echoed with the voices of Dick Van Dyke, Orson Welles, and Bob Hope. Legends walked here. And now, so do I.
My photos were more than reviews. They were declarations:
“Here I stood.”
“Here I saw.”
“Here I remember.”
This isn’t just my Local Guide story. This is the Mother Creeker TRUTH. It’s Black Mountain’s story. It’s Carefree’s memory. And now, it’s yours too.
