Public Statement from K. Kirton Niner of Rancho del Oro 85331

I am making this public statement to bring awareness to the increasingly disturbing pattern of behavior taking place around my home and property. As a landowner in an unincorporated area of Maricopa County, I have long upheld the principles of lawful living, private property rights, and mutual respect among neighbors. Unfortunately, recent developments demand a clear response.

It has come to my attention that several individuals in the vicinity have chosen to name their Wi-Fi networks using false or misleading government-related terminology—such as “FBI Surveillance Van,” “FBI Mobile Surveillance 3,” and “The Annex.” Whether intended as jokes or not, these names carry legal and social weight, and when paired with active property disputes, trespassing, and attempts to challenge rightful ownership, they paint a picture not of harmless fun, but of targeted intimidation and unlawful intent.

Let it be known:

Falsely impersonating or implying association with a law enforcement agency is a federal offense. Using language and references to federal authority in this way, especially amid legal disputes, is not only reckless—it is harassment.

The term “annex,” used in proximity to an ongoing attempt to claim my land, is not humorous. It reflects an aggressive and baseless assertion that undermines civil property law. My family and I have every right to defend the sacred ground we steward, and we will continue to do so lawfully, with documentation, with witnesses, and with strength.

To those attempting to provoke, intimidate, or threaten under the guise of “jokes” or hidden messages: consider this your formal notice. This behavior is being logged. It will be presented to the proper authorities, and it will be remembered.

I stand for truth, transparency, and lawfulness—not the games of those who believe misdirection, mocking names, or falsified authority will win them land, power, or peace.

Signed,

K. Kirton Niner

To Those Who Think Threats Work on Me:

Let me be clear—your little games, your passive threats, and your cowardly tactics only do one thing:
They fuel my fire.

I have already walked through hell to protect what’s mine.
I’ve buried the pain of betrayal, the silence of justice, and the weight of watching my children carry burdens they never should have borne.
I’ve stood firm against men like Mark Howell and systems that failed us when it mattered most.

So no—your Wi-Fi names don’t scare me. Your surveillance van jokes don’t move me.
Your intimidation makes me stronger.

Because you forgot something:
Vengeance isn’t mine. It’s my Father’s.

And when I say Daddy’s going to get cha, I mean it in full faith.
I don’t need to strike—I need only to stand.
And heaven will do the rest.

So keep mocking. Keep pushing. Keep exposing yourself for what you are.
You’ll only make it easier to prove everything I’ve already documented.

This isn’t a threat. It’s a promise backed by truth.

Signed,
K. Kirton Niner
