0–99 three-part teaching sequence that starts in the garden, moves to a craft table, and ends at the kitchen table — perfectly aligned with your values of hands-on learning, elemental reverence, and eternal companionship.

🌱 OUTDOOR LESSON:

Lesson 1: “Planting the Elements” — Garden Walk of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Spirit

Location: Garden, yard, porch, or patio with plants or natural elements
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: Nature observation, movement, and intention-setting through elements

⏱️ Flow:

5 minIntroduction:
Gather the group and read aloud part of the Element Invocations (Earth, Water, etc.).
Say: “We’re going to walk through the garden and find how each element lives here.”

10 minElement Hunt:
Assign or rotate through each:

  • 🌍 Earth: Dig in the dirt or touch the soil of a potted plant
  • 💧 Water: Water a plant, find dew or moisture
  • 🔥 Fire: Feel the sun or light a candle (supervised)
  • 🌬️ Air: Listen to wind, blow on leaves
  • Spirit: Pause in silence and listen

15 minGather & Reflect:
Collect one small natural item (leaf, rock, seed) per person.
Ask: “What does this remind you of?” Let them name the element it represents.

15 minBless the Garden:
Each person plants a seed or places their object back into the earth with a word of gratitude.

🎨 INDOOR CRAFT LESSON:

Lesson 2: “I AM a Part of the Universe” — Spiral Affirmation Mobiles

Location: Craft table, living room, homeschool desk
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: Affirmations, identity, and sacred art

⏱️ Flow:

5 minWarmup:
Read: “Like the Universe… I AM whole, perfect, strong…”
Ask: What words do you need to hear today?

10 minDesign the Spiral:
Each person draws a spiral on cardstock and writes affirmations in the swirl. Use:

  • “I AM strong like Earth”
  • “I AM flowing like Water”
  • “I AM grateful”
Add symbols or zodiac signs from the astrology wheel if desired.

15 minCut & Decorate:
Cut out the spiral, punch a hole at the top, and hang with yarn or twine. Add leaves, beads, dried herbs, or natural objects from the garden lesson.

15 minShare Circle:
Hang the mobiles nearby and invite each person to read a phrase from theirs aloud.

🍞 KITCHEN TABLE LESSON:

Lesson 3: “Bread of the First Harvest” — Lammas Loaf & Eternal Companions

Location: Kitchen table
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: Lammas (Wheel of the Year), family, and nourishment

⏱️ Flow:

5 minOpening Thought:
Read your Wheel of the Year: Lammas page aloud.
Say: “Lammas is about honoring the first harvest. Today we make bread together.”

15 minSimple Bread-Making (or flatbread/biscuits):
Ingredients: flour, water, salt, optional honey or herbs from the garden.
Let each person knead and form their own “loaf” or shape.

10 minWhile It Bakes (or rests):
Math Moment: Show the “9 is always with 0” card.
Ask: “Who do you always walk with? Who’s your companion?”
Tell the story: Zero never leaves Nine. Just like eternal families, we belong in pairs.

15 minBreak Bread Together
Enjoy the harvest!
As you eat, go around and share:

“I AM grateful for…”
“I AM nourished by…”
