📡 CREEKER REPORT – JULY 28, 2025

Issued by Does This Help® & W3Connect | Location: Rancho del Oro, AZ 85331

📰 HEADLINES:

🔥 Minor-to-Minor Substance Sharing = Abuse

Even when a minor gives a vape, cigarette, alcohol, or weed to another minor, it is illegal and damaging.
It rewires the developing brain, and it is not friendship — it is enabling harm.

“It is abusive to the child’s brain to introduce smoking, drinking, or chemical alterations during development — unless professionally justified.”
— K. Kirton Niner

🚫 JUUL® Isn’t the Only Problem

Arizona’s law targets JUUL® for strict ID scanning and product limits, but other vape brands remain loosely regulated, opening the door for underage use with no transparency about what’s in the juice.

“I know what I’m smoking. Do they know what they’re vaping?”
— Creeker Concern

🧠 Developmental Damage Starts Early

From age 0 to 25, the brain is still developing. Introducing chemical interference — whether nicotine, alcohol, THC, or prescriptions — creates long-term risk to emotional regulation, memory, and judgment.

🛑 Parental Boundaries Are Sacred

No one — friend, adult, teacher, or peer — has the right to override a parent who is protecting a child from premature exposure to adult behaviors.

“Do not mock a mother who’s trying to raise better than she lived through.”
— Creeker Mother

🕊️ 18–25: The Becoming Years

This is the phase where youth must be allowed to:

  • Grow without rushing
  • Fail without shame
  • Build their own nests, not just stay in yours

“By 25, the car insurance drops, the rental rules change, and the nest should open. But between 18 and 25 — that’s sacred ground for becoming.”
— K. Kirton Niner

🏠 You Can Do What You Want — In Your Own Domain

If you want to make adult decisions, you must do so in your own space, on your own time, with full accountability.

“Until you pay for your roof, respect the one you live under.”
— Hood Law of the Land

💔 From a Survivor’s Voice: This One Was Affected

“I’ve been assaulted since I was four. So yes — doing things too young has affected this one. That’s why I speak up. That’s why I defend the line.”
— K. Kirton Niner

Let this serve as a reminder: children are not to be experimented on, and survivors will not remain silent when cycles attempt to repeat themselves.
